• Product development / design of machines for varying purposes. Including the development of both prototypes, but also machines for production.
• Screw conveyors in multiple types, including discharge screws, transport screws, screw press, silo screws, and special applications for operation under overpressure and high temperatures and for sanitary use.
• Mechanical design of designs and transmissions for varying purposes.
• In the assignments we can make dimensioning, mechanical strength calculations and documentation for associated electrical steering/control if needed.
• Finite element analysis (FEM / FEA) can also be performed on more complex constructions.
• We also perform CE marking of machinery, partly completed machinery and assembled machinery in accordance with the Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC). We hereby prepare the technical file with the necessary documentation, including risk assessment, user manual declaration of conformity, etc.

• We prepare CE marking of all types of machinery, partly completed machinery and plant in accordance with the Machinery Directive (2006/42 / EC) and sub-directives.
• CE marking of pressure vessels, tanks and pipe spools are offered in collaboration with one of our close partners. This includes design and fabrication in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68 / EU). In addition, advisory assistance is offered for projects containing pressure equipment.
• The CE marking of Atex equipment is carried out and offered in collaboration with one of our partners, as this is an area of ​​great specialized knowledge.
• We prepare the technical file with the necessary documentation, including risk assessment, user manual, management descriptions, declaration of conformity, etc., and will also manage any contact with the notified body or other authorities.

• Surveying, layout and design of process equipment, ie. tanks, pressure vessels and piping systems for process industrial purposes. Including for use in offshore applications, food industry, pharmaceutical and other industries.
• We can work with the customer’s flow- and pipe diagrams (PFD and P&ID) basis, but are also able to help with the preparation of these, so that the processes are well documented for the systems.
• Finite element analysis (FEM / FEA) can also be performed on more complex constructions.
• CE marking of pressure vessels, tanks and pipes. Including design and manufacture, if needed, according to the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU). In addition, assistance is provided for projects containing PED equipment and for CE marking.​

• Project management within manufacturing and / or construction of major structures and process / machinery. Including budget economics, planning, purchase management, production maturing and FAT / SAT testing and documentation.
• We have broad experience in complying with the requirements of the different industries and the different products.
• We would like to conduct surveying and monitoring on-site during installation and testing, and also conduct contact with any 3rd party authorities during the entire project process.
• Certain projects can be outsourced to either Danish or foreign subcontractors, and we do also have the right contacts to ensure both the right price, delivery time and, not least, quality.

The mentioned areas of experience are based on thorough knowledge of the basic technical processes and standards for both design and fabrication.

These include:

• Materials, properties and standards including; stainless steel, duplex steel carbon steel, aluminum, titanium etc.
• Welding of metallic materials like stainless steel, duplex steel, carbon steel, aluminum, titanium etc. Including certification (WQ), welding procedures (WPS / WPQR) and welding coordination.
• Shaping, cutting and machining of steel materials.
• Surface treatments of steel and stainless steel.
• NDT tests for both materials and welds.
• Hydraulic pressure testing and leak test of pressure retaining devices.

Over the years, we have been working intensively with optimizing and streamlining corporate work routines. IT systems plays a increasingly larger role, and we have repeatedly created good results, where the systems work from the first day!
